Tammy Odom is a modern-day artist who lives in Lubbock, Texas. She entered the world of art in 1999. She felt that God had called her to paint in easel for Him. Since then she has been studying and learning about pastel painting from books and from her colleagues. Much of her work is visions from Lord. Tammy Odom hopes that her artwork would have an emotional impact and draw people towards God.
Tammy Odom mainly exhibits her works in a Christian art gallery at Jacob's Ladder , a non-profit organization. She has even helped an art group to do a couple of murals for Jacob's Ladder. Tammy Odom also has made commissioned pet portraits and some landscapes.
The main themes of her artworks are landscape, floral, symbolic, pet portraits and still life. She uses very vibrant shades in her paintings.
