Ibarra Eduardo was born in Brownsville Texas on 24th may 1971. From the Kansas City Art institute Ibarra Eduardo studied art. After completing his higher education Ibarra Eduardo settled in New York. Eduardo's most of works are in order as the artist loves working in series. Most of his works were displayed in different exhibitions held in New York City. Ibarra Eduardo is now again settled in Brownsville.
