Jorge Espinosa

Jorge Espinosa is a well-known artist and painter. He was always fascinated by natural beauty in its raw form. Hence, he was interested in painting and sketching human body shapes and forms. Besides, natural landscape and skyscape was also essential part of his paintings. The beauty of females always fascinated him and so, he has arrested the feminine charisma and beauty into his small canvas. Indeed, exposure and bare-skin is the basic theme of his paintings. Generally, he makes use of the acrylic paints as the medium of painting.

Acrylic paints radiate shine and shimmer as the watercolors or oil colors. Artists and painters generally, use acrylic paints for these colors are fast drying, water-resistant and are less damaged by the environment. Some of the few paintings by Jorge Espinosa are:

Sal

As the theme of the painting is based on ‘nudity', therefore, this painting depicts a nude lady in the shades of blue and gray. Created in 2006, this painting by Espinosa is a masterpiece of art, marking the perfect curves and shapes of a feminine body. In this painting, Jorge has used acrylic paints.

Si Fuera

This is also a woman's painting done with acrylic paints. Based on the theme of nudity, this painting is completed in the year 2006. Done a wooden frame, this is 90 cm wide, 70 cm high with a depth of 5cm.

No Se Ve

This is another bare-skinned painting portraying a female in lying position. A 2006 painting done with acrylic paints is again a fine example of theme ‘nude'.

Blue Landscape

This painting is different from the rest of the ‘nude' collections. This shows a landscape all in blue! Done in 2006, this painting is not an example of acrylic paints. It is a example of ‘encaustic painting'. Since, this kind of specific painting uses heated beeswax, hence it is also known as hot wax painting. Usually, encaustic painting is done on wooden frame, though other materials and canvas would also be an excellent choice.
