Ali Elghul was born in Jerusalem in 1938. He is a Jordanian painter. In Florence, Italy Ali Elghul took formal training in architecture. He studied different courses on architecture also from England in UK. From an early age he was interested in paintings so to fulfill this interest he took formal classes in Florence, Italy from Professor Leonardo Ricci, his first tutor for art. He also took art training under certain other people like, Aref Rayes, art teacher from Lebanon and Sheker Hassan from Iraq. Ali Elghul is a man of versatile capabilities. Elghul teaches Art and architecture at the Jordan University. He also takes classes in the Amman University in Jordan. It is said that Ali Elghul is a man who loves doing experiments in life and even with his arts. According to Ali his best painting popularly exhibited across Australia is Women for Palestine'.

The Flowers' was painted by Ali Elghul in 2000. The length and width of the canvas on which the painting was created is still not known. The painting was based on undecided theme. Among his landscape paintings, Ali Elghul created Palms in Water' an oil painting on a canvas 120x80cm. The Sea' was created by Ali Elghul on a canvas 90x70 cm. it was an oil work. The High Waves ' was also another oil painting done by Ali Elghul. The Sea' and 'Ship 3' were another oil work on a canvas 90x 70cm. the Underwater' was an oil work on a canvas 30x50cm. Some watercolor paintings were also created by Ali Elghul these include the series paintings of Fish'.
