The California School of Culinary Arts is located in Pasadena, California and is one of the famous and respected culinary schools in the world.

About California School of Culinary Arts
The California School of Culinary Arts was established in the year 1994. The school boasts of highly respected and experienced chefs who provide excellent training to students and have the ability to turn them into successful candidates. The California School of Culinary Arts offers the Le Cordon Bleu diplôme through three different programs --- Associates of Occupational Studies Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie & Baking Diplôme program and Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management. The campus of California School of Culinary Arts features 561 Restaurant, where students gain a practical knowledge and gather a hands-on experience. The building also has an informal School Café and Campus Cookstore. The instructions given at California School of Culinary Arts are imparted in classical French techniques and terms but also include the modern applications. The students work beside trained Chef Instructors and learn the tricks of the trade. The lab sessions are very small with every student getting the chance to practice. The students are tested on individual performance and their inclination of work.
Admission Procedure

If you are interested to become a Restaurant Manager, Food Writer, Hotel Manager, etc. then just enroll yourself to the California School of Culinary Arts. The admission process begins with a tour of the school and each candidate needs to furnish his high school graduation certificates. After filling the submission form, students need to submit a registration fee and schedule a personal information and tour of the school. In case of non-English speaking candidates the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) needs to be cleared.
